OH MY! The Inidigo Girls!
Picture is sweet...
I love this photo. Besides being very sweet, it reminds me of day when I feel like the young person who drew this, only in my grown-up world. Those days, I feel like I should know so much more than I do or that I should be better at whatever I'm trying to accomplish — even just everyday living —and I feel a bit raw and vulnerable as a result. Sometimes when I'm in the right space, days like that can surprise me with an opportunity to climb into God's lap and rest. All that from a wonky hop-scotch drawing!
Ah, Neil, welcome to my world! I, too, am forever finding a wealth of revelations in seemingly straightforward images, moments, conversations.I am very pleased that my wonky little photo inspired you!!
This is wonderful--this is how my life feels so often.
